Fluctuation Fee
Prices are subject to change annual up to 3% due to latest tax changes and supply cost. Metal, due to market fluctuations, an alloy surcharge may apply.

Rx Policy
Signature or digital files are accepted as sole responsibility for payment and you agree to pay all legal fees in the event of a lawsuit including reasonable attorney fees. San Diego Dental Design requires that each case be accompanied by a lab slip, this is considered a binding work order and is subject to all stated terms and conditions.
Credit Policy
We are happy to accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and Amex without a surcharge. The total statement amount is due by the 21st of the following month. Balances not paid within 30days of statements will bear interest at the rate of 5% per month. Any account past due 30days may be placed on C.O.D. at the discretion of management.
